Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) for Greenville VA Clinic intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Getinge USA Sales, LLC to provide a full-service agreement for repairs and preventative maintenance of Getinge sterilization equipment. The proposed contract action includes maintenance of PRV86 services washers, PRV 2460 Ultrasonic systems, RO systems MRG 2400, Integrated Boilers 30kW, and PRV 633 Sterilizers. The contract will be for a period of performance from 01 February 2026 to 31 January 2027, with four 1-year option periods.
• The procurement is for new OEM medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment.
• No remanufacture or gray market items will be acceptable.
• The vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment.
