The City of Cincinnati is seeking a contractor to provide full‑service snow and ice removal across multiple police districts, fire department facilities, and community‑economic‑development sites. The contract is an indefinite‑delivery, as‑needed arrangement that obligates the vendor to monitor weather, apply salt at ≥ ¼ in. snowfall, plow at ≥ 1 in. snowfall, and meet strict completion deadlines (often by 7:00 am) for each location. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, materials, safety gear, and traffic‑control measures, and comply with City living‑wage, M/WBE participation, insurance, and bonding requirements. The base period is 12 months with two optional 12‑month renewals.
