Texas A&M University System is soliciting bids to provide a high‑precision laser profiling system for infrastructure scanning, along with associated software maintenance and shipping. The successful vendor will supply one Z+F Profiler 9025C (or an equivalent unit meeting the minimum specifications in Attachment A), one year of Z+F SynCaT software maintenance, and handle all freight costs to the delivery point in Bryan, TX. The equipment will be used for bridge and road data collection, requiring integration with GNSS/INS and DMI systems, and must meet sub‑millimeter accuracy and high‑speed data acquisition requirements. Bidders may propose equivalent models if they provide full specification documentation.
