The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the U.S. Government Publishing Office, is seeking a vendor to produce and deliver 12,000 promotional items – 1,000 red “I got my Flu shot” stickers, 1,000 blue/green “I got my Flu shot” stickers, and 10,000 three‑inch “I got my Flu shot – Did you?” metal buttons. The work includes printing, die‑cutting, lamination (for buttons), packaging in separate cartons with specific labeling, and shipping to the VA Dallas SCMS by early June. The contractor must provide a press‑quality PDF proof by early May, obtain an “OK TO PRINT” authorization, and comply with GPO quality‑assurance and warranty requirements.
• Produce 1½‑inch round stickers on 3‑5 mil white vinyl with Pantone color specifications (red or blue/green).
• Produce 3‑inch metal buttons with 4‑color process artwork, safety‑pin fastener, and clear laminate.
• Package stickers and buttons separately, label each carton, and deliver to 4500 S Lancaster Rd, Bldg 44, Dallas, TX 75216 by June 5, 2026.
• Submit a PDF soft proof by May 2, 2026; receive proof approval within two work days; adhere to a one‑year warranty.
