Description
The Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor to provide CIENA equipment, including routers, software, and peripherals, for the NMDA345 high utilization project. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for CIENA and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor. The contract includes installation and training services, as well as manufacturer's extended warranty. The evaluation criteria for the proposal include price and technical factors.
• The proposal must be submitted electronically through the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) e-Procurement system.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of the required services and deliverables.
• The contract includes a Small Business Reserve (SBR) designation, and only certified small business vendors are eligible for award.
• The contractor must comply with the requirements of COMAR 21.05.13.06.
• The contract includes a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) goal of 0% for FA IV.
