Description
The Sinton Independent School District is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for commercial food service refrigeration and heating equipment for three campuses. The scope of equipment includes six units in total: Reach in Freezer (1 ea.), Pass thru Serving Line Cooler/Refrigerator (3 ea.), Pass thru Serving Line Warming/Heated Cabinet (1 ea.), and Ice Machine with Storage Bin (1 ea.). The evaluation criteria include cost as the primary consideration, as well as quality, install/bill/delivery dates, experience/references, proposal checklist, warranties, HUB certified, pre-proposal meeting attendance, and proof of insurance.
• The proposal deadline and opening date is Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
• A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
• The contract will be awarded during a publicly held School Board meeting.
• The method of payment will be through a purchase order and check payment within 45 days of receipt of a complete and accurate invoice.
