Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for a state-leased building in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The building is approximately 2,793 square feet and has 10 full-time employees and 20 visitors per week. The contractor must provide evening janitorial services, including daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks, as outlined in the attached Cleaning Checklist. The contractor must also provide supplemental services as requested by the state agency.
• Key tasks include emptying trash, cleaning glass surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and performing miscellaneous tasks such as removing cobwebs and cleaning conference tables.
• The contractor must have at least two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 2,800 square feet.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the services required.
• The contract period is one year, with the option for the state agency to add or delete buildings or areas at any time during the term of the contract.
