Summit Dr. Waterline Replacement

The City of Farmington is seeking bids to replace the old 1,520-foot, 6-inch cast iron water main line and customer service lines with new 8-inch PVC lines. The project includes excavation, backfill, and compaction, as well as the installation of new water lines and connections. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work site, and for ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the City's specifications and regulations. • The project is expected to take approximately 45 days to complete. • The contractor will be required to provide a performance bond and a labor, material, and tax payment bond. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive technicalities or minor defects in the bidding process. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and environmental protection.
