The Ohio Department of Administrative Services is seeking an existing cloud‑based Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) solution to replace and modernize the DataOhio open‑data portal. Only vendors that already operate a compliant SaaS open‑government portal may submit a quote. The contract will be hosted by the State, with potential renewal for up to two additional two‑year terms, and requires compliance with State IT Policy Supplement A and standard terms and conditions.
