RFP 2025-61 Influent Pump Station Expansion Project CM/GC

The Clackamas County is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the Influent Pump Station Expansion Project at the Tri-City Water Resource Recovery Facility. The project involves increasing the facility's firm pumping capacity from 47.6 MGD to 72.3 MGD and replacing five influent pumps, associated electrical gear, controls, and suction/discharge piping. The CM/GC will first perform pre-construction services, then, upon agreement of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), may proceed to construction under a contract amendment. Key responsibilities include: • Providing pre-construction services • Performing construction work under a contract amendment • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards • Maintaining operational continuity during construction • Managing temporary bypass pumping to maintain service throughout construction The ideal candidate will have experience in complex utility and facility retrofit construction, including experience with mechanical, electrical, and controls systems integration within continuously operating facilities.
