Description
The California Department of Public Health is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide decoy volunteers between 15-20 years old to perform underage tobacco buys throughout the state. The contractor will be responsible for recruiting and maintaining a minimum of 100-350 decoys to support approximately 21,000 statewide tobacco compliance checks over the contract term. The contract term is expected to be from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. The budget for this agreement is $2,500,000.
