The selected organizations will provide services such as case management, career development, physical and emotional wellness, college success, and wrap-around services. The city will award contracts to the most advantageous proposers, taking into consideration the proposals' quality requirements, evaluation criteria, and composite ratings. • The city's values include continuous learning, restorative practices, centering relationships, and creating equitable and non-discriminatory ways of serving the community. • The proposers must provide a detailed plan for delivering violence prevention services, including a description of their organization, their experience, and their approach to data collection and evaluation. • The city will provide funding between $30,000 and $100,000 per award, and the proposers must submit a budget that meets the city's requirements. • The proposers must also provide references from two current partners or funders, and the city reserves the right to contact these references and perform its own due diligence.
