Fiscal Intermediary Services

The State of Connecticut, Department of Developmental Services (DDS), is seeking proposals from Fiscal Intermediary vendors to administer fiscal intermediary (FI) services to applicable participants active with the DDS. The FI’s role is vital in facilitating self-directed support options with the greatest level of choice and autonomy. • The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for providing fiscal intermediary services to DDS participants. • The contract duration can be inferred as the time period during which the fiscal intermediary services are provided to the DDS participants. • The proposal should include the vendor's experience and qualifications in providing fiscal intermediary services. • The proposal should also include a detailed description of the vendor's approach to providing fiscal intermediary services, including their ability to facilitate self-directed support options. • The vendor should also provide information on their ability to work with the DDS and its participants.
