The VA is issuing a Notice of Intent to Sole‑Source for an upgrade of its existing ScriptPro™ Work Management System at the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center in Columbus, Ohio. The scope includes a conversion kit, updated operating system, camera installation, image storage, hardware refresh for robotic filling cabinets, and one year of support. Only ScriptPro USA Inc. is deemed capable because the equipment is proprietary and must remain brand‑specific to the VA’s current robotics.
