Description
The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking a contractor to provide property sweeping and pressure washing services at the Fullerton DMV Field Office. The services include sweeping all paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles, removing oil spills, trash, and debris, and pressure washing various areas. The contract term is 36 months, and the contractor must utilize truck-mounted equipment for property sweeping. The contractor will be required to perform services during non-DMV business hours, and the DMV will provide a gate access code or gate opener remote device. The contractor must also submit a Maintenance Log after each service, confirming completion of all required tasks.
• The services will be performed at 909 W. Valencia Drive, Fullerton, CA 92632.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation.
• The contractor must comply with all city and county noise abatement laws, ordinances, and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a written agreement signed by the contractor and each disabled veteran business enterprise subcontractor proposed by the contractor.
• The contractor must submit a Bidder Declaration & Subcontractor/Supplier List, STD 843, and a DVBE Subcontractor Agreement with their bid.
