Description
The Chappaqua Central School District is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or agencies to provide a broad range of special education and related therapeutic services for the 2022‑2023 school year. Services may include occupational, physical, speech/language, feeding, ABA therapy, as well as health, counseling, and assistive technology support, with the potential for up to four annual renewals. Providers must submit detailed rate quotations, meet insurance and certification requirements, and remain irrevocable for 45 days after proposal opening.
• Services cover a wide spectrum of therapeutic and support functions for students with special needs.
• Contractors must supply professional liability insurance ($2 M) and general liability ($1 M) coverage.
• The contract term is July 1 2022 – June 30 2023, with possible extensions for up to five years total.
• Proposals are due May 27 2022, 2:00 PM, with both sealed‑envelope and electronic submission options.
