Description
The State of New Jersey is seeking a contractor to provide facility management services for the Joseph Kohn Training Center. The contract will be for a period of three years, from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2029. The contractor will be responsible for providing a range of services, including building and facilities management, project management, and hospital management services. The contractor must submit its pricing using the State-Supplied Price Sheet accompanying this Bid Solicitation.
