Description
The University of Maryland - College Park is seeking a provider to manage all aspects of the University-sponsored Family Care Services benefit for employees. The provider will be expected to offer holistic, accessible, and affordable care options across child, elder, special-needs, and pet services. The key goals of this RFP include enhancing employee satisfaction and access to high-quality, affordable, and reliable family care options, expanding service offerings, and ensuring comprehensive utilization and performance reporting.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Providing backup care services, including in-center and in-home care
• Offering virtual tutoring, college advising, and out-of-network care reimbursement
• Maintaining a co-pay model based on salary bands for certain services
• Ensuring data reporting and analytic capabilities
• Demonstrating experience in higher education or public-sector settings
• Committing to diversity, equity, inclusion, and social responsibility
The selected vendor will be expected to provide regular utilization reports, KPI dashboards, and annual executive summaries.
