Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full‑service landscaping maintenance for the Willows Area office. The contractor will be responsible for routine grounds upkeep, plant care, irrigation system maintenance, waste disposal, and compliance with state environmental and safety regulations on a weekly schedule (four visits per month) for a one‑year period.
• Weekly mowing, edging, blowing, and debris removal for all paved and landscaped areas.
• Pruning, fertilization, irrigation checks, and seasonal lawn care (aeration, overseeding, fertilization).
• Submission of monthly invoices, detailed records of chemicals/equipment used, and adherence to prevailing‑wage and insurance requirements.
