Research Science Network (RSN) Maintenance

The U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) is seeking information from potential sources for the maintenance and support of their Research Science Network (RSN). The RSN is a critical system that supports USAMRIID's mission of protecting the Warfighter from biological threats and being prepared to investigate disease outbreaks or threats to public health. The maintenance contract will include hardware and software support, with a requirement for a single Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to provide all storage and compute hardware and software. The contract will have a base year and four option years, with a possible 6-month extension. The contractor will be required to provide 24/7 support, with a 4-hour response time, and will need to comply with various security requirements, including having a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) level of investigation.
