Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified small‑business contractor to provide off‑site three‑dimensional (3D) image reconstruction and case‑planning services for the Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center. The contractor will acquire, upload, and assess CT scan images, perform multi‑planar reformatting, generate 3D reconstructions, and deliver secure electronic access to VA staff for endovascular procedure planning. Work is performed remotely at the contractor’s facility with monthly invoicing and strict performance standards, including rapid turnaround for urgent cases and full compliance with HIPAA and VA security policies.
• Acquire and quality‑check digital CT‑scan data, then produce 3‑D reconstructions and interactive measurement tools.
• Deliver secure, password‑protected electronic files to VA personnel; support up to 100 routine cases and 21 urgent cases in the base year, with optional one‑year extensions.
• Meet ≥ 99 % acceptable quality levels for image processing, turnaround times, and privacy compliance; provide monthly invoices and maintain required certifications and insurance.
