Censis Subscription Service - Sources Sought

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking information from potential sources for a Censis Tracking System (CensiTrac) subscription. The subscription is required for the 96th Medical Group at Eglin Air Force Base and includes ongoing access to the CensiTrac system, software updates, data security patches, user licenses, and technical support. Additionally, the subscription will require one week of on-site training annually. Interested potential sources should provide their responses to this Sources Sought notice via email, including their business name, type, socio-economic status, person of contact, GSA Contract number (if applicable), SAM Unique Entity ID, and a capability statement narrative. • The CensiTrac system is a cloud-based platform for tracking government-owned surgical instruments and trays throughout the hospital system. • The subscription requires ongoing access to the CensiTrac system, software updates, data security patches, user licenses, and technical support. • The subscription will require one week of on-site training annually. • Responses to this Sources Sought notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
