Navajo County is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a comprehensive master plan for its County Government Complex. The consultant will assess space needs for multiple county departments, create conceptual schematic designs, propose site layouts, evaluate the existing complex for potential repurposing, and provide preliminary construction cost estimates. The work will support a 5‑ to 10‑year planning horizon and may be extended through up to four additional one‑year contract renewals.
