Janitorial Cleaning Services

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial cleaning services for law enforcement facilities located in Lakeport, California. The selected contractor shall provide routine janitorial services for an approximately 15,000 square foot primary facility and an approximately 2,000 square foot secondary facility located on the same campus. Services shall be performed four (4) days per week for the primary facility and two (2) days per week for the secondary facility during business hours and after hours as directed by the County, excluding County holidays. The Lake County Sheriff’s Office seeks a qualified contractor capable of maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe, and professional environment suitable for a law enforcement facility. Key responsibilities include: • Maintaining all areas in a clean and sanitary condition • Using commercial-grade cleaning products and equipment • Following all applicable health and safety standards • Ensuring all work is performed consistently with law enforcement security requirements • Providing routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash receptacles • Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, locker rooms, and other high-touch areas • Providing supplies and equipment necessary to perform the services The County is looking for a contractor who can provide high-quality janitorial services, maintain a professional environment, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
