Facilities, Maintenance, and Transportation Supplemental

The Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for Facilities, Maintenance, and Transportation supplies, equipment, and services. The district is seeking vendors to provide a wide range of products and services, including automotive equipment, cameras, concrete supplies, electrical tools, and more. The contract term is expected to be from May 1st, 2026, to April 30th, 2027, with the option to extend for four additional one-year periods. The district reserves the right to award the contract to a single proposer, multiple proposers, or each line item separately. • The district has 19 elementary schools, 7 middle schools, and 4 high schools that will need to be serviced. • The district is seeking vendors to provide services such as maintenance, installation, and repair of various equipment and systems. • The district has established evaluation criteria, including purchase price, reputation, quality of goods and services, and more. • Vendors must submit their proposals electronically through the e-bid system or in paper form to the Purchasing Department. • The deadline for submission is March 20th, 2026, at 2:00 PM (CT).
