Description
The State of Oregon's Department of Environmental Quality is seeking quotes for moving services to relocate its Klamath Falls office. The move will take place starting approximately on 8/1/2025, and the items to be moved include three file cabinets, two tables, four regular chairs, three office chairs, one folding table, one mini fridge, one bookshelf, and two standing desks. The successful contractor will be required to complete the move outside of regular business hours.
• The move is expected to take place on a weekend or evening.
• The contractor must provide labor, cartons, and miscellaneous equipment/supplies.
• The contractor must submit a project submittal, including start and end dates, labor costs, carton costs, and miscellaneous costs.
• The authorized purchaser will review and accept the project submittal.
• The contractor must provide a signature and date upon acceptance of the project submittal.
