Description
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is soliciting qualified bidders to provide material and labor for the replacement of overhead sectional doors and operators at the Broadway Maintenance Facility in St. Louis, MO. Fourteen 12’×14’ doors, four 14’×14’ doors, and eighteen door operators must be removed, supplied, and installed in accordance with MoDOT specifications. Bids are to be submitted electronically via MissouriBUYS, with a hard‑copy option available only with prior buyer approval. A mandatory pre‑bid meeting is scheduled for August 25, 2026.
• Replace 14 × 12’×14’ sectional doors and 4 × 14’×14’ sectional doors
• Supply and install 18 overhead door operators (electric)
• Remove existing doors, tracks, and hardware; install new tracks (standard lift or low‑headroom as required)
• Provide all necessary permits, warranties (1‑year parts/labor), and compliance documentation (M/WBE, SDV/E, insurance, certifications)
• Mandatory pre‑bid attendance on 2026‑08‑25 10:00 AM (no alternate site visit)
