Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) is seeking a service provider to deliver medical and pre-background services, including pre-employment physicals, return-to-work evaluations, and OSHA-related medical services. The service provider will be required to provide a staff of licensed and certified medical professionals, maintain all required licenses and certifications, and comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contract term is one year with four optional one-year extensions.
• The service provider will be responsible for providing medical examinations and evaluations for HACLA employees.
• The service provider will be required to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• The service provider will be required to provide written reports and documentation to HACLA.
• The service provider will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The service provider will be required to provide insurance documentation and certifications.
