Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide triennial electrical inspection services at the VAACC Columbus facility. The contractor will be required to comply with the limitations on subcontracting specified in the contract. The proposal due date is June 23, 2026, 2:00 P.M. EST, and proposals shall be submitted to Brian Kish via email.
• The contractor must comply with the Service Contract Act Wage Determinations General Decision Number and the VAAR 852.219-75 Clause.
• The contractor must complete and submit the Contractor Certification with their proposal.
• The contractor must not pay more than 50% of the amount paid by the government to firms that are not certified SDVOSBs or VOSBs.
• The contractor must cooperate fully and make available any documents or records as may be required to enable VA to determine compliance with the limitations on subcontracting requirement.
