Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance services at several facilities within the San Antonio, Texas area. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services as defined in the Statement of Work. The services include lawn care, tree and shrub maintenance, sweeping and vacuuming of parking lots, and other related tasks. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical capability and price.

• Providing grounds maintenance services at multiple facilities
• Maintaining lawns, trees, and shrubs
• Sweeping and vacuuming parking lots
• Providing all necessary equipment and supplies
• Coordinating with the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative

• Submitting invoices electronically
• Attending progress meetings as requested
