Request for Statement of Qualifications & Experience of Professional Services for an Integrated Resources Plan

The Carthage Water & Electric Plant (CWEP) is seeking qualified companies to submit Statements of Qualifications for providing Professional Services for preparing an Integrated Resource Plan. The plan should include load forecasts, a 20-year forecast for both demand and resources, and various scenarios such as high/low natural gas prices and battery storage viability. The selected firm will be required to provide a marketing level summary of the results that can be used to present to various stakeholders, including the CWEP Board. • The Statement of Qualifications must be submitted through CWEP's online bidding portal, Ionwave, by Wednesday, January 14, 2026, by 2:00 PM CST. • The Statement of Qualifications must include the firm's name, principal business address, list of projects with references, statement of capability, proposed timeline, and resume of principal personnel. • CWEP reserves the right to reject any and all statements of qualifications and to waive any requirement in the RFQ. • The evaluation process will involve selecting one firm deemed to be the most highly qualified to perform the required Professional Services, and then undertaking to negotiate a contract with that firm.
