Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office space in Charlotte, North Carolina. The required space is approximately 20,426 ABOA SF, with a minimum of 20,420 SF and a maximum of 20,500 SF. The space must be contiguous on no more than two consecutive floors, and cannot be in a building that houses a childcare center or school. The lease term is 15 years, with a firm term of 10 years. The GSA is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
• The space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards.
• A fully serviced lease is required.
• The space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain.
• A loading dock and freight elevator are required.
• The space must be located on the 2nd floor or higher, but not on the top floor of the building.
• Entities must familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
