Shelter, Housing, and Behavioral Health Support Services

Pierce County is seeking proposals for delivering integrated behavioral health services to individuals or families who are living in places not meant for human habitation and/or residing in emergency shelters or transitional housing, including those fleeing or recovering from domestic violence. The services must be provided to individuals with behavioral health disorders. Proposers must be either a Behavioral Health Agency, a faith-based organization, or a community agency employing licensed behavioral health providers. The project should deliver expanded access to behavioral health services, improve housing stability, reduce barriers to permanent housing, and support individuals through transitional housing changes. • Targeted outreach and identification • Behavioral health screening and navigation • System navigation • Housing stability support • Budget narrative and budget The total value of this procurement is $2,100,000 in Behavioral Health and Therapeutic Courts tax funds.
