DA10--Romell - Reviewed and Ready NEW VISN Medtronic Pillcam Integration with Oracle

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Medtronic for the integration of the Medtronic PillCam GI system with the Federal Electronic Health Record (EHR) (Oracle Health). The contractor will be responsible for software installation, interface integration, interface support, interface solution testing, licensing, and training. The PillCam system includes the PillCam SB3 capsule, PillCam software v9.0e, PillCam data recorder (DR3), PillCam SB3 sensor array, and/or PillCam SB3 sensor belt. The contractor will work with the Oracle Health and VA teams to create and/or update the PillCam system's Interface Control Document (ICD) and ensure that all test scenarios with appropriate HL7 messages are functional. Key aspects of the job include: • Software installation and integration • Interface support and testing • Licensing and training • Collaboration with Oracle Health and VA teams • Creation and/or update of the PillCam system's Interface Control Document (ICD)
