Post Closure Groundwater and Stormwater Sampling for PPL

The Atlantic County Utilities Authority is seeking a third-party contractor to provide groundwater and stormwater monitoring event assistance at the former Pinelands Park Landfill. The contractor will be responsible for performing quarterly groundwater and stormwater monitoring activities, including sampling and testing, and providing reports to the Authority. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. The contractor will be required to have experience in environmental monitoring and testing, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor will be responsible for monitoring 23 groundwater monitoring wells and one stormwater infiltration pond. • The contractor will be required to provide a cost breakdown for each task and a total proposal cost. • The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical competence, management competence, and past experience and performance. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and equal employment opportunity.
