The Shawsheen Valley Regional Vocational Technical School District is seeking a qualified Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) to lead the feasibility‑study, schematic‑design, and potentially the later design‑development and construction phases for a major school renovation/expansion/new‑construction project estimated at $150‑$500 million. The OPM will act as the district’s representative, coordinating with the Massachusetts School Building Authority, handling schedule, budget, value‑engineering, compliance, and reporting, while also supporting sustainability and student‑workforce initiatives.
