Organ and Tissue Donor Registry and Education Program

The Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) is seeking a vendor to develop and operate a web-based organ and tissue donor registry for the State of Florida, coupled with a public organ and tissue donor education initiative. The selected vendor will be responsible for creating and maintaining the registry, as well as providing education and outreach to promote organ and tissue donation. The solicitation includes several attachments, including a detailed budget template and a standard contract. • The vendor will be required to provide a detailed budget and cost proposal as part of their response. • The vendor will be responsible for developing and implementing a public education and outreach program to promote organ and tissue donation. • The vendor will be required to provide a plan for maintaining and updating the donor registry. • The vendor will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of donor information. • The vendor will be required to provide quarterly progress reports to the Agency.
