Description
Skagit Valley College is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive, year‑round landscaping maintenance for five Head‑Start sites in the Skagit County area. The contract will be awarded on a lowest‑qualified‑bid basis, will be a firm‑fixed‑price agreement subject to Washington prevailing‑wage rules, and will run for an initial twelve‑month period with optional annual renewals. The scope includes mowing, trimming, edging, leaf removal, pruning, weed‑control, bed maintenance, mulching, fertilization, moss control, and related supervisory and safety responsibilities.
