Description
The Caddo‑Bossier Parishes Port Commission is soliciting sealed bids to replace its aging 2,000 MBTU/hr gas‑fired condensing boiler at the Regional Commerce Center. The selected contractor will remove the existing Aerco unit, install a new high‑efficiency boiler of equivalent capacity (Fulton Endura XE‑2000 or approved equal), integrate it with existing gas, electrical, and hydronic systems, and provide testing, commissioning, training, and full documentation. The work includes all necessary piping modifications, insulation, controls, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Remove existing boiler and dispose of it in accordance with local regulations.
• Install new 2,000 MBTU/hr condensing boiler, complete electrical, gas, and hydronic connections, and certify performance.
• Provide operator training, as‑built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and warranty documentation.
• Supply required bid, performance, and payment bonds; furnish required insurance; comply with tax‑exempt procurement provisions.
