Description
The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide dental insurance coverage (or an Administrative Services Only arrangement) for its employees, retirees, and dependents. The contract will run for five years beginning around 1 Jan 2027, with a guaranteed rate structure and a requirement to maintain a robust provider network in the Nashville area. Vendors must submit a sealed proposal by the July 27 2026 deadline, include detailed rate tables, network data, and demonstrate experience and past performance.
• Provide fully‑insured and/or ASO dental plans covering Employee‑Only, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Child(ren), and Family tiers.
• Deliver a county‑by‑county provider network, a “Top 100” provider list, and meet orthodontia coverage requirements for high‑option plans.
• Submit comprehensive financial proposals (rate tables for a 5‑year horizon), experience qualifications, and references; employer will contribute 75 % of premiums.
• Must maintain $1 M minimum insurance coverage (general liability, professional liability, etc.) and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
