Janitorial Services for PERS Building

The Public Employees' Retirement System of MS (PERS) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for its building located at 429 Mississippi Street, Jackson, MS 39201. The contractor will be responsible for providing janitorial services after business hours with one on-site worker during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The services to be provided include emptying wastebaskets, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms, and replenishing paper products. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and materials, except for paper products, which will be provided by PERS. The contract will be for a period of one year, with two optional one-year renewal periods, and the total contract value will not exceed 36 months.
