The U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland‑Pfalz is seeking a commercial waste‑management contractor to provide comprehensive recycling collection and disposal services across multiple installations in the Kaiserslautern County area. The contractor must supply, maintain, and service approximately 150 bins, containers, and compactors, as well as 12 potable pedestals, and execute roughly 300 recyclable‑waste pick‑ups per month, handling about 80 metric tons of material. The contract is a five‑year Firm‑Fixed‑Unit‑Price (FFUP) agreement under FAR Part 12, with options for annual extensions.
