The County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide supplemental grounds‑maintenance services for multiple parks and recreation sites on an annual contract with two optional one‑year renewals. Work includes routine mowing, edging, blowing, litter removal, limited pruning, and licensed pesticide applications, performed on a weekly schedule March‑October and bi‑weekly November‑February. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and safety gear, maintain a minimum of three active crews (each with at least three members), and provide timely service reports and pesticide logs. Insurance, licensing, and E‑Verify certifications are mandatory.
• Services: Mow/edge/blow lawns and hardscapes; maintain planting beds, islands, and tree wells; apply non‑selective pesticides (licensed applicator required).
• Locations: Four primary parks (Pinckneyville, West Gwinnett, Holcomb Bridge, Jones Bridge) plus additional sites added via Addendum #1 (total ~48 sites, ~32.7 acres of mowing area).
• Schedule: Weekly visits March‑Oct, bi‑weekly Nov‑Feb; start of contract June 5 2026; optional renewals up to two additional years.
• Requirements: Minimum three crews, insurance (CG $2 M, auto $1 M, etc.), Georgia Category 24 pesticide license, E‑Verify, non‑collusion affidavit, and timely reporting (within 24 hrs).
