Z--Galveston Automatic Transfer Switch Replacement

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking quotations from qualified small businesses to remove and replace the existing Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) at the Galveston Laboratory. The scope includes full removal, installation of a new ATS, integration with existing power systems, testing, commissioning, and training of facility staff to ensure seamless transition between utility and generator power. Work must be performed on‑site at the NOAA NMFS Galveston Laboratory (4700 Avenue U., Galveston, TX) and coordinated with the Technical Project Lead. The contract will be a single‑award, firm‑fixed‑price purchase order with a period of performance from award through 12/31/2026. A site visit is highly recommended but not mandatory. Bidding is conducted via email submission of a completed SF‑18 (and optionally SF‑30) and must include technical approach, past performance references, and pricing.
