Centralized Materials Management, MRO Supply and Warehouse Operations Services

The University of New Mexico (UNM) Facility Services seeks a qualified vendor to negotiate a comprehensive, centrally‑managed Materials Management and Maintenance‑Repair‑Operations (MRO) warehouse program. The contractor will act as a strategic partner, operating a unified warehouse, handling procurement, inventory control, distribution, and support services for all UNM facilities. Existing cooperative purchasing agreements or other competitively awarded contract vehicles must be used and documented. • Centralized MRO inventory, receiving, storage, and issuance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, custodial, safety, and other facility supplies. • Full warehouse operations including staffing, technology integration with UNM’s CMMS, emergency after‑hours support, and continuous‑improvement initiatives. • Transparent pricing with a mandatory Negotiation Pricing Book covering implementation, management fees, staffing, material costs, freight, and optional services.
