X-Ray Maintenance and Repair

The Army Contracting Command- New Jersey is conducting market research to identify potential sources for the maintenance and repair of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) X-Ray Equipment Linear Accelerators. The contractor will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance, repair, and emergency repair services for the equipment. The equipment includes linear accelerators, generators, computers, supporting software, and imaging devices. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining personnel radiation safety components, such as safety interlocks and radiation surveys. Some key requirements and responsibilities of the contractor include: • Providing maintenance and support services for all government-owned VJ Technologies instrumentation and system components • Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including preventive maintenance and emergency repairs • Maintaining sufficient parts, materials, and equipment on hand to perform all scheduled and recurring work • Coordinating maintenance and support services with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) • Submitting a detailed preventive maintenance schedule to the Government for final approval • Performing diagnostic, repair, and support services as identified by the Government
