Request for Owners Project Management Services

The Town of Plymouth is seeking the services of a qualified Owners Project Manager (OPM) to provide project management services for the design, construction, addition to, and/or renovation of the Hedge Elementary School in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The OPM will be responsible for managing the project in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A 1/2. • The project involves the design, construction, addition to, and/or renovation of the Hedge Elementary School. • The OPM will be responsible for managing the project and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • The project is expected to be completed in accordance with the requirements of the Town of Plymouth and the Plymouth Public Schools. • The OPM will be required to work closely with the Town of Plymouth, the Plymouth Public Schools, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project.
