The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide ID.me software subscriptions and support. The contractor will be required to provide a Credential Broker license, identity proofing subscriptions, and technical support. The contract will be for a 12-month period, with options to extend. * The contractor must provide a Credential Broker license for up to 600,000 new users and 4,250,000 renewal users.
* The contractor must provide identity proofing subscriptions for new and renewal users.
* The contractor must provide technical support, including periodic updates, enhancements, and corrections to the software.
* The contractor must provide all maintenance services in a timely manner.
* The contractor must provide deliverables, including bi-weekly snapshot reports, monthly subscription usage reports, and service level agreement monitoring plans.
