General Civil Engineering Services

The City of Laredo is seeking qualified firms to provide General Civil Engineering Services for construction projects on an as-needed basis. The selected firms will be required to provide professional services, including surveys, engineering designs, preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for various projects such as roadways, drainage, traffic safety, water distribution, and more. The contract will be for a two-year term with a possible two-year renewal, beginning October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2030. • The City of Laredo reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all proposals. • Alteration or modification of the Proposal Forms shall be cause for rejection of the Proposal. • Responses that do not comply with the requirements of the RFQ may be deemed non-responsive. • The City of Laredo encourages local participation and reserves the right to award one or more contracts based on specific tasks.
