RFP 05-26 NEIGHBORHOOD ACCESS AND EQUITY TWINBROOK PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE BRIDGE FEASIBILITY STUDY

The City of Rockville is seeking a consultant to conduct a feasibility study for a pedestrian and bicycle bridge in the Twinbrook neighborhood. The study will evaluate four railroad crossing options and include an assessment of each crossing's constructability, environmental and land impacts, and a benefit-cost analysis. The study will also involve public engagement with the Twinbrook community and other stakeholders. The final deliverables of the project will be used to determine a preferred crossing option and to prepare an engineering design plan.
